Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Crab Stuffing
  • 1 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons diced scallions
  • 2 tablespoons Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Pinch of Old Bay Seasoning
  • Squash
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 butternut squash peeled, seeded and cubed
  • 1/2 pound portabella mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon fresh thyme, minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 1 pound jumbo sea scallops
  • Balsamic Glaze
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
