  • oil for frying
  • 1/2 inch of oil
  • 350 degrees
  • 1/2 head of
  • red cabbage
  • 1/4 cup of
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup minced cilantro
  • salt and pepper
