Ingredients

  • 7 inch
  • 3 inch
  • 35 ml milk
  • 32 gm cream cheese. I used Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 15 ml oil
  • 38 gm cake flour
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 egg white
  • 1/8 tsp cream of tartar. Substitute with same amount of lemon juice or white vinegar
  • 43 gm caster sugar
