  • 1 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (one sleeve)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs For Sour Cream Topping:
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 25 minutes While pie is baking, combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla. When pie is set, spoon the mixture over the pie and carefully spread to edges. Return to oven and bake an additional 5 minutes Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack. Chill for several hours until completely cold.
