Ingredients

  • 1 steam fresh
  • 6 cups
  • 1 cup
  • Juice of
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp
  • balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup
  • 3 minutes till fragrant. Add garlic and onion, sauté, until onion is golden yellow. Add asparagus and sauté for another 5 minutes Add cauliflower, cilantro, chopped rosemary leaves, and vegetable broth. Bring to boil and cook on medium low heat for about 25 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
