Ingredients

  • 1 serving pasta
  • 3/4 cup dry brown rice
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1/3 cup green peas (thawed, if frozen)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • pinch salt and pepper
  • 2 - 3 oz Lightlife Organic Flax tempeh
  • 1 tsp coconut oil for pan
  • enough paprika to cover tempeh strips
