You get to eat a big bowl of creamypasta, without the processed dairy and sugar. The corn are slightly spicyand the tomatoes are fresh and chilled, it’s just an amazing combination – this is going to become one of your go-to summer meals, I have a feeling
I can't stop buying cornand I have accumulated several pounds of zucchini. Stir in bacon, zucchini, green scallions, parmesan, basil, and red pepper flakes
And obviously pasta. That awkward moment when you go to the dentist and one of your friends is THE dentist who just got hired on who is there to fix your teeth
But, I did manage to cook a little this past weekend, and these shrimp tacos withavocadocorn salsa and herb crema (um, sorry for that lengthy title, I usually try not to be THAT person) made everything a little less crazy around here
With Thanksgiving just around the corner, and so many pumpkin and holiday recipes going around, I felt this CreamyShrimpPastawith Artichokes and Roasted Red Peppers is a refreshing break
If it’s still too hard, cover the dish and return to the oven until pasta is al dente. At this point you should check the pasta to make sure that it is al dente (firm but just about finished cooking)
Combined with bright lime juice and the slight tang of sour cream, this crema is a creamy, spicy miracle-worker that takes these tacos to the next level
Then with the motor still running, add olive oil in a slow stream until emulsified andcreamy. Add zucchini noodles to a large bowl and toss withavocado pesto
