Ingredients

  • 3.5 cups
  • 10 mins
  • ½ cup cashews, soaked overnight (or at least 2 hours)
  • 3 cups almond milk (or other nut milk)
  • 2 cloves garlic OR ¼ brown onion
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 Tbsp arrowroot flour (use 3 Tbsp if you want it thicker than normal)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp salt
