  • 12 brown rice lasagna noodles (can also sub whole grain)
  • 1 small butternut squash
  • oil
  • ½ cup raw cashews (soaked overnight if not using high speed blender)
  • ½ cup walnuts (soaked overnight if not using high speed blender)
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • ½ cup sundried tomatoes (not in oil)
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 cup chopped crimini mushrooms
  • 2 cups chopped fresh spinach
  • ½ cup chopped shallots
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh sage
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chopped garlic
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • ½ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional)
