Ingredients

  • 1 degree ONE
  • Add chicken stock
  • Marsala wine
  • Rosemary
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 large or three small chicken breasts
  • Salt and Pepper for seasoning
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 7 button mushrooms, chopped
  • 14.5 ounces chicken broth
  • 1 cup Marsala wine
  • 1/2 lb Penne Pasta (or pasta of your choice, cooked)
  • 1 1/2 cups Half and Half
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese + additional for sprinkling
  • Dried parsley (optional for garnish)
