Ingredients

  • Creamy Chicken Marsala Pasta

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces or strips
  • 1- 10 oz package of baby bella mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¾ cup Marsala wine
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup half & half (or heavy cream)
  • 1 pound pasta
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan + more for serving
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil, finely chopped
