Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup shallots, finely diced (can substitute chopped green onions)
  • 1 pound shrimp, clean and deveined

  • 1 10.75 ounce can Cream of Shrimp soup
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
  • minutes
  • 3-5 minutes or until shrimp are pink and cooked through. Add soup, water and red pepper; heat through until bubbly.
