Add the pastaand stir until it is well coated in the creamytomato sauce. Use a whisk to stir the sauce until the cream cheese has fully melted in and the sauce is creamy
Cook pasta until al dente, then add tomato, spinachand garlic. I used some spinach from the garden and a tomato I had on hand to add a little color, chopped garlic and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for some flavor and added spice and sausage as our meat, although I'm sure any other protein would do just as nicely
¼ teaspoon salt and pepper. 3-4 ounces sun-driedtomatoes in oil. 2 green onions, cleaned, ends trimmed and rough chopped. 2 tablespoons oil from sun-driedtomatoes (or olive oil). ½ pound (4 servings) of penne pasta (or other pasta of your choice)
When the garlic turns golden, put in the tomatoesand the dried paprika. - cherry tomatoes, halved. I'd like to share with you how I'm cooking pasta with basil andspinach at home
And as for tomatoes, well, who doesn’t love cherry tomatoes in the summertime. It’s an easy way to sneak in some healthy fats and not use mayonnaise to make a creamypasta sauce
