  • 2 small smoothies
  • 5 minutes
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 heaping cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2-3 large leaves of rainbow chard (not stems)
  • ¾ cup unsweetened soy milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
