Ingredients

  • 2- 8 oz cans of mushrooms, drained
  • 4 T Butter
  • 5 T Flour
  • 1 T Chives
  • 4 cups half and half
  • 8 ounces Swiss Cheese
  • 1 bouillon cube (2 if your cubes make only 1 cup of broth, if you use the softer cubes ex. Knorr that makes 2 cups, use just one)
