  • 5 egg yolks
  • 3/4 cups water

  • * Gelatin
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 envelopes unflavoured gelatin
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
