  • 4 small cans of chicken broth
  • 1 c heavy cream
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp creole seasoning
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • for roasting chicken
  • 30 minutes
  • 400 degrees

  • 3/4 c cheddar cheese
