Ingredients

  • Crepes
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 4 eggs 5 tablespoons butter melted
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups of all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon butter or oil to
  • grease the skillet for the crepes
  • (I use a non stick skillet)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
