Ingredients

  • 1 small pie pumpkin
  • 6 apples
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup half
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup of canned pumpkin
  • 2 cups of
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 2 or
  • 1 tablespoon of pumpkin applesauce onto the uncooked side of each crepe. Fold crepes into thirds, cooked sides out. Place 2 or 3 crepes on a serving plate. Top with additional pumpkin applesauce. Garnish with thinly sliced apple and chopped walnuts. Serve immediately!
