  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderloins
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 large egg whites beaten with 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • ⅔ cup plain dried bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon steak seasoning (I like Montreal Steak Seasoning)
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup hot sauce (I like Frank’s Red Hot)
