  • 1 bell pepper, you can use red, yellow, green
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced into small pieces
  • 6 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 pound potatoes
  • 1/2 pound carrots
