Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breast cut down to good size chunks
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 TBLS oil
  • Sauce
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce (I always use low sodium soy sauce)
  • 4 TBLS rice vinegar
  • 4 TBLS ketchup
  • 2 TBLS brown sugar
  • 1 TBLS minced garlic
  • 1 tsp chopped or grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup cashews (unsalted preferably)
  • 3-4 hours High
