Ingredients

  • 2 lbs top round beef
  • 1/2 cup
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup red
  • cooking wine
  • 2-3 small
  • 1/2 lb baby carrots
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp dried thyme leaves
  • 4 hours Serve with fresh rolls, or crusty bread to soak up the gravy
