Ingredients

  • Bok choy
  • Cauliflower
  • Radish
  • 2 baby bok coy, sliced in half lengthwise
  • 1 small bunch broccolini, or 2 cups chopped broccoli florets
  • 1/2 large head of cauliflower
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 lb extra firm tofu, cut into 1/inch squares
  • 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped roughly
  • 2 TB sesame seeds
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 inch piece fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 TB miso
  • 1/2 TB soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 TB lime juice
