Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs very lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 8 oz small broccoli florets or chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup instant rice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 12 fl. oz (1½ cups) water
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of celery soup
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) golden mushroom soup
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 1½ cups chow mein noodles
  • chopped green onions for garnish
