These turned out to be wonderfully crispy, crunchy and were surprisingly a hit with everyone. When that is done, fold in the two cups of chocolatechips by hand, and prepare to put them on some parchment paper lined cookie sheets
Fold in the chocolatechips (if using). Allow the cookies to cool on a wire rack. Preheat oven to 350°F. Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and mix using an electric hand mixer until well combined
