Ingredients

  • 425 F for 45 minutes To make it easier to remove the skins, I ran the potatoes under cool water, slipped the skins off and put them in a food processor. Then process the potatoes into a puree, add the remaining wet ingredients, and continue to process until smooth. Last, I combined the sweet potato mixture with the dry ingredients, pour into the pie plate, sprinkle the top with a brown sugar-oat crumble and bake. Easy!
