Ingredients

  • 2 tarros pequeños o
  • 1 grande
  • 50 g mantequilla
  • 150 g azúcar
  • 1 yema
  • 1 grande
  • 150 ml zumo de sandía
  • 50 g mantequilla
  • 150 g azúcar
  • 3 huevos
  • 1 yema
  • LEMON
  • 2 small jars or
  • 1 big jar
  • 150 ml lemon
  • juice + grated rind of a lemon
  • 6.- Have a big pot with water heating up. Pour lemon curd into clean hot
  • jars and place into hot water (it should reach ¾ of jars), heat for 10min then
  • close jars with their lids very tightly and leave on heat for another 20min to
  • seal. Take jars out of water and leave to cool, then add tags or stickers with
  • name and date of preserve. Store in a dark, cool cupboard for up t 6 months.

  • Juice of 1
  • lemon
  • 3 eggs + 1
  • egg yolk
