  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • 2 tsp – 1 tbs curry powder
  • salt & pepper
  • 2 cups cubed, cooked chicken
  • 3 thinly sliced celery hearts
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup toasted pecans
  • 1 small apple, cut into small diced
  • 1 minced green onion
