  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, chopped
  • kosher salt and black pepper
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 1 3/4 pounds total)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice, plus lime wedges for serving
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or Tzatziki
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, torn
  • naan bread or pita, toasted, for serving
