Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 ounces macaroni (1 cup)
  • 9 1/2 ounces chicken tenders 
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup sweet white wine
  • 1 small celery stalk, diced
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion 
  • 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper 
  • Olive oil, for searing the chicken
