Ingredients

  • 2 TBS coriander seeds
  • 2 TBS cumin seeds
  • 1 TBS mustard seeds
  • 1 TBS black peppercorns
  • 1 TBS fennel seeds
  • 1 TBS whole cloves
  • 1 TBS ground tumeric
  • 1 TBS ground cardamom
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Roast
  • 15 minutes, until they become quite fragrant Stir
  • 3 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp freshly grated gingerroot

  • 2 green chilies
  • 14 ounce tin
