Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cup soaked in water overnight
  • 1 tsp Dahi (Yogurt) :
  • 2 cups
  • 2 tbsp Roasted cumin powder : for garnishing
  • 1 inch cube or around 1/4 cup soaked in warm water for minimum 30 minutes or you can use tamarind concentrate directly
  • 1/2 cup grated
  • 1 tsp
  • Take tamarind and soak it in warm water for minimum 30 minutes or you can directly use tamarind concentrate.
  • Rub the soaked imli properly so that all the imli pulp is out.Strain the pulp and transfer it into a pan.
