Ingredients

  • 3 per piece
  • 300 g sweet potato
  • 250 ml milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 35 g sugar
  • 30 g all purpose flour
  • 2. Heat up the milk in a saucepan, when the milk starts to bubble, add the step
  • 50 g glutinous rice flour
  • 25 g fine sugar

  • 70 g water (used ~200ml)
  • 1.5 tbsp sweet potato puree
  • some potato starch (used 100g)
