Ingredients

  • 4 SERVING
  • 1/2 cup
  • 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • For Dal
  • 2 tbsp boiled
  • 1 finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Tamarind pulp -
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 2 tbsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds
  • Cinnamon - 2 sticks Asafetida -
  • 3. Heat a non
  • For Dal
  • 10 minutes Just before serving slowly and add dhokli pieces. mix well and simmer for 5-7 minutes Heat the oil in a pan, add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, cloves, cinnamon, and hing mix well and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute
  • 2-3 minutes Dish out and garnish with coriander and top it with a spoon of ghee.
