Ingredients

  • 4 cups Red chili powder -
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 3 tbsp Cumin seeds -
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 3 chopped finely
  • 1 ½ cups
  • 1 cup Kasturi methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) -
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro -3 tbsp Black salt-
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala -
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 tsp Amchur powder -
  • ½ cup of milk with the Eastern Dal Makhani masala packet and add to the gravy.
  • ½ cup milk and skip the cream altogether if you
  • 4 cups of water
  • 25 minutes
