Ingredients

  • 1 large onion· 2 cloves of garlic· 1 inch of ginger·
  • cloves
  • 3 tbsp curry powder
  • ½ cup of dhal
  • ½ cup of split chick peas
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 star anise
  • cubed
  • 1 tamarind skin
  • ½ cup of coconut milk
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • 1 long beans, cut into
  • 1 inch length
  • 1 long brinjal, cubed
  • 30 minutes, release the pressure by turning the vent to the
  • 5 minutes
