Ingredients

  • 5-1/3 cups bread flour
  • 2 cups of lukewarm water
  • 1 tablespoon dry yeast
  • or fresh yeast
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 50 minutes
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 medium onion
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 jalapenos
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • ½ c sliced button mushrooms
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • ¼ c crumbled feta cheese
