  • 85 g golden caster sugar
  • 2 tbsp coconut rum
  • 300 ml double cream
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 300 ml double cream
  • 4 tbsp coconut rum
  • 150 ml óleo vegetal
  • 280 g açúcar amarelo
  • 200 ml buttermilk
  • 2 ovos
  • 20 cm de diâmetro
