Ingredients

  • Homemade Graham Crackers
  • 2 Cups unbleached, all purpose flour
  • 1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp whole wheat flour (use all white flour if you don't have whole wheat)
  • 1 Cup lightly packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 Tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 Tsp Kosher salt
  • 7 Tbsp unsalted butter, cut into
  • 1/3 Cup mild-flavored honey, such as clover
  • 5 Tbsp milk, whole is best
  • 3 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 30-45 minutes or
  • 15-20 minutes
