Ingredients

  • 3 cups buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup kosher salt
  • 3 pounds chicken drumsticks
  • 2 cups
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • paprika
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 4 hours and then remove chicken from brine
  • 15 minutes or
  • 180 degrees drumsticks
  • 1-1/4 cups
  • 3/4 cup ground pecans
