1 - Melt butter and mix into rice in a hot skillet.
2 - Fry the rice for 3 minutes.
3 - Add the rice to the chicken broth and simmer for 30 minutes.
4 - Mix eggs, herbs, cheese, bread crumbs, and rice.
5 - Simmer on low with 4 cups of water until rice is tender about 60 minutes until creamy.
6 - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
