Ingredients

  • 3 dishes and our dinner was settled
  • 500 g Lean Pork
  • 50 g Takana
  • 100 g White Bunashimeji Mushrooms
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Chilli, sliced (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  •  
  • Marinade for Pork
  • 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Kikkoman Shoyu (soya sauce)
  • 2 tsp Minced Ginger
  • ½ tsp Cornflour
  • 2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • Pepper to taste
