  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • A scant less then 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 3 large eggs room temp is best
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons roasted or canned pumpkin puree or butternut squash at room temperature so the oil doesn’t solidify (you can skip the extra 2 TBLS if your pumpkin is really watery)
  • 1/4 cup chives or green onions chopped or thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup nutritional yeast (gives it the cheddar taste)
