  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese / paneer cubes - fried
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped carrot
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped beans
  • 1/2 cup chopped spring onion
  • 1/2 cup capsicum - cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp pepper powder - according to your need
  • 3-4 dry red chilies
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
