Ingredients

  • 2 dozen cookies
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 ½ cups
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1/3 cup Strawberry
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • 2 cups of strawberries
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 T Balsamic Vinegar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 T pectin
  • 2. Using a potato masher or a fork, crush berries completely.
