Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (individual portions)
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp dry white wine
  • Juice of one lemon (cut off some slices for garnish first)
  • 1 tbsp of fresh, chopped parsley
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
