Ingredients

  • ¾ cup your favorite salsa, divided use
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled
  • ¼ cup fat free sour cream
  • 1 ½ teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 4 whole wheat hamburger buns, toasted
  • 4 pieces butter lettuce
  • 2 plum tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 servings
  • ½ lbs. sweet potatoes
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 15 minutes then flip them over and cook another
  • 8-10 minutes until cooked through
