Ingredients

  • 1 cup starter
  • 1 tsp salt (optional if on a salt restricted diet)
  • 1 cup pure filtered non-chlorinated water (not cold, above room temperature)
  • 3-4 cups whole wheat flour (I use 3 and a 1/2)
  • 1 cup starter
  • 1 cup milk or nut milk (room temperature)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Tablespoons sugar or honey
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
