  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 200 g room temperature unsalted butter
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • cut in pieces
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 200 ml fresh cream
  • 1 tsp almond meal
